    • Checking the operation of all household appliances.
    • Checking the operation of the air conditioning and heating systems.
    • Inspection of the alarm system.
    • Checking the gas system and the water heater.
  • Custody of your house keys.
  • Checking the postbox and forwarding correspondence in digital format.
  • Payment of taxes.
  • Emergencies visits.
